Since entering the world of online network marketing 17 years ago my professional and personal life has been completely transformed. After crippling debt had nearly consumed me I took one last shot at gaining my life back and in 2003 I made a Google search for “internet business opportunity”, I discovered online network marketing and the rest is history, I’d like to share with you many network marketing tips that I’ve accrued over the years.
But, doing this simple search made me realise that there are millions of other people searching for new opportunities that online network marketing can offer. It’s just about making a decision to win. I’ve made it my life’s mission to help as many people as I can experience the success and freedom that I have because YOU can build a successful business!
I realise that many people are thinking the same thing which is how to grow fast in network marketing. The honest answer is, in our business if you want to win big, 80% is mindset and attitude and 20% is mechanics. You must have the drive and ambition to make your actions count as the – this is one of the best network marketing tips for beginners.

Consistently show people the business
The first 6 months of my online network marketing journey was the hardest but you must use your determination to improve your life as fuel to succeed. Back in 2003, I was working 70-80 hours a week with only 4 hours a week to get started on my network but I didn’t let this stop me. So, what can you learn from this? Well, for the first 2-5 years every day you need to consistently show people at least 3 people what you’re offering and within 10 minutes you can send them a teaser video, show a presentation, arrange a quick video call or whatever, you need to consistently share the idea. The more devoted you are, the more people you will connect with that share your drive and want to be successful too.
Work on personal development
Now, as I mentioned, if you want to know how to grow fast in network marketing then you need to have the right mindset. Learning the techniques is only 20% of the work but to go far, you need to work on personal development and once your mindset is right for success you can fast track your way to something greater. Why is it that people know the mechanics of online network marketing but don’t put it into action? They question themselves. When I first started, reading every day (Tony Robbins has some great reads), listening to audiobooks and watching videos helped me to sharpen the saw and better myself mentally. If you are not feeding your mind then things will knock you back.
Know how to communicate effectively
Part of knowing how to grow fast in network marketing is understanding the benefits of good communication. This is something that comes with personal development. In business and in life, if you haven’t got the ability to influence people because your communication skills are lacking, then how will you show people that you can set them up for success? Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People is a book that will teach you how to build a rapport, see the good in people and communicate effectively. As far as networking marketing tips for beginners go, you have to remember that the way you connect with people, whether that’s online or face to face, is at the core of how to win in online network marketing.
